All Payments are due the 1st of each month.

A charge of $25 for all returned checks or declined ACH Transaction

**All National teams will be required to participate in post season play of either USAV Junior Nationals or AAU Nationals.  Fees for post season are included in montly dues. If you have committed to these teams, you will be required to attend all qualifying tournaments. If unable to meet these  qualifications, your daughter will be moved to another team.**
