Last Chance All Skills Camp

This camp is designed to help you get ready for your school try outs and to refine your volleyball skills. We will go over skill training for passing, serving, hitting and setting for all ages. As well we will work on more advanced skills for those players who will be attending our High School Session. This is a great camp for those looking to get in some great last minute training prior to school try outs.

Monday July 25th – Friday July 29th

Middle School / 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
High School / 9:00 am – 12:00 noon

Cost : $150 (if received by June 1st)

Elite Volleyball Camp



This year’s summer program will consist of a combined conditioning and skills camp. This program will be 3 days a week for the entire month of July. The program is designed to help athletes entering the 9th – 12th grades along with those heading off to college to prepare for the upcoming school year and for those elite athletes who would like to stay on top of their game and play at the next level. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of conditioning which will include speed & agility training, ply metrics, endurance and body core strengthening. After conditioning we continue with 2 hours of skill training, techniques and drills. We will also go over strategies and tactics of the game in addition to learning various defensive and offensive systems. Other areas of training will include position training covering each aspect of the game. Players will be instructed on proper court movement and footwork for fast tempo sets and combination plays. This camp is sure to keep you moving and improving your skills. The camp times and dates are as follows:

5:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Cost : $300.00 for all 4 sessions or $125.00 weekly (if received by June 1st)

Cost : $350.00 (if received after June 1st)
